About deleting game videos
Your game videos are an important memory and asset for your whole team. BEYONDO is designed so that videos uploaded to the cloud can only be deleted by the team photographer, owner or admin. When a video is deleted from the cloud, only the original photographer will have access to that video on their iPhone storage.
*An editor can only delete games that they have filmed themselves.
Deleting a game
To delete a game, first insure that there there are no recorded videos associated with it. “No Video” will be displayed in the game’s thumbnail. No swipe from right to left with to bring up the trash can icon. To confirm that you want to delete the game, tap Delete.
Deleting a video
To delete a video, select the game you want to delete videos from in My Games and then swipe left on video that you would like to delete (displayed in the first half, second half, etc. sections). The delete button will not be displayed to users who do not have delete permissions based on their team member role. "Delete from cloud" or "Delete from device" will be displayed depending on the location of the video and if the viewer has appropriate delete permissions based on their team role.
If you have a video stored on both your device and in the cloud, you will be asked which location to delete the video from when you tap the Trash icon. If you removed it from your device, anyone you have shared the video with will not be able to view it in the cloud. If you remove it from the cloud, the video stored on your device will be the only original source video. Please be careful when deleting the original source video as this action cannot be undone.
If you delete a video in the cloud, it will no longer be able to be viewed by anyone who it was previously shared with.
If you delete a video from your device without uploading it to the cloud after filming, the video is permanently deleted and this action cannot be undone. If you want to delete a game or recreate the game project, you can do it here.
